From Zernez take the road on the right for Monastero Valley and Fuorn Pass. Follow the road for about a km to the covered wooden bridge that crosses the Spol River. Park the car and cross the river, following the signs to the mountain hut. First the trail goes along the level bottom of the valley. Then it begins to climb through the woods to get to the ridge at the mouth of the left orographic side (left side when facing downvalley) of Cluozza Valley. Go up the wooded ridge and then, at around 2000 m of elevation, go left to enter the valley sharply. Cross the left orographic side halfway down the slope and then go down over a long diagonal that takes you to the bottom of the valley. Go up the opposite side of the valley to the mountain hut.
