Leave your car in the square near the café in the town of Le Soste. Following the signs, take the C3 trail. Follow along for a distance until further ahead where the trail narrows. After this, cross a branch of the Rabbiosa River and follow along the orographic right side (the right side of the direction of the river's flow) of the valley with the same name, keeping close to the waterway. After about 1 km. the trail leaves the larch forest and goes steeply uphill aloòng a sunny slope. At the end of this part, cut across the mountainside towards the right and enter a narrow rock-walled valley, through which flows a small river. Cross the waterway on the right and follow the gentle slope among the grassy knolls. You'll soon come to the marvelous hollow of pastures where the mountain hut can be found among the alpine huts of the Angeloga Alps. The nearby limpid Lake Angeloga reflects the chain of mountains above and in particular, the beautiful pyramid of Pizzo Stella.
