From Novate Mezzola go to the Brasca mountain hut and continue on the trail at the bottom of the valley. Pass th Coedur alpine hut and a long false level area to come to the rocky semi-circle which closes out the base of the valley. The trial begins climbing over many curves adn comes to the Sivigia Alps (1939 m). Go up, first on the left, and then, passing by the turnoff for Bochetta della Teggiola, go right to make an arc. Go over narrow pasturelands and ruins, heading for the rocky spur that is an extension of the southwest ridge of Pizzo Tubinasca. Once you've reached this spur, go up the wide ridge to the knoll where you'll find the bivouac.

To Sasc Fourà mountian hut, via Trubinasca Pass 2701 m (EE; 3 hrs).
To Gianetti mountian hut 2534 m, via Porcellizzo Pass 2962 m (EE; 2 hrs). From the bivouac, follow the signs towards the SE to the small glacier which extends from Punta Torelli to the NW side of Pizzo Porcellizzo. Come to the foot of the NW flank of Porcellizzo adn enter the canal (snow) that brings you to Porcellizzo Pass. From here go down another small gully and over rocky slopes to come to Gianetti mountain hut.
